I went to one of Lisa’s workshops and not only learned a great deal about fermentation, but got to try some wonderful, healthy, and creative dishes. I also learned to make kombucha and beet kvass, my two favorite drinks, for a fraction of the cost of buying them. When I had additional questions about the processes, I emailed Lisa and she quickly and completely answered my questions. I would highly recommend her classes!
