Kitchen Tools

These are some of my favorite kitchen tools because they make cooking easier and more enjoyable. However, it took me a while to figure out what works best for me, my family, and my clients. I have certainly made some purchases that I regretted later. There was a journey of testing and planning before I could build my kitchen toolbox. I hope you find these as useful and durable as I have.

Boos End-Grain Cutting Board

This is the best cutting board ever. Pricey but it should last you forever and keep your knives super sharp. A sharp knife is a safe knife.

Learn More

Blendtec

This blends the heck out of anything. I like it better than others for several reasons, but mostly because of its two-sided blade design. Stuff doesn’t get stuck at the bottom of the jar as it does with a traditional 4-sided blade jar—so no waste. And no tamper.

Learn More

This is a great add-on to the Blendtec. I use this for quick small batches of salsa, mayo, chutney and nut butter. One of the best Xmas gifts I’ve ever gotten.
