YUM - Tasting the many flavors of FCLO
The Wise Traditions Annual Conference was last weekend . This was my first chance to attend a major Weston A. Price Event! It was glorious to be around so many like-minded people who truly understand what real nourishment is all about.
I was fortunate to be able to hear Natasha McBride speak and wow does she know a lot about our the connection between our digestive system and chronic disease. So many of the topics she covered, deeply resonated with me. I took away a lot of information that I will be able to share with my clients who are taking control of their health through her amazing Gut And Psychology Syndrome (GAPS) protocol.
And of course, I got to spend, SAVE lots by taking advantage of all the deals the vendors provided at the conference. Some of which I will share with you in a moment. Be patient, almost there.
I sampled goodies from Vital Choice, Pure Indian Foods Ghee, Green Pastures, US Wellness Meats among many others….one of which I won’t name since I was so disappointed with their change of ingredients….But overall, great products….I indulged the kids in creamy raw milk from Organic Pastures and some addictive, I mean healthy version of potato chips cooked in coconut oil from Honest Potato Chips…as well as purchasing a great place mat of the food pyramid from Nourishing Our Children. It was a supercharged weekend and I can’t wait to attend another one!
