Symptoms are a dis-ease signal that something needs to change, and they rarely ever occur “out-of-the-blue” or alone. They’re a perfectly natural response from a body struggling to cope in an unnatural environment. A truly broken body would be incapable of manifesting symptoms at all. The fact that you’re exhibiting symptoms means that your body is doing exactly what it’s supposed to be doing – which is signal you to correct your environment so you can return to a state of “ease.”
